Insurance and paymentAbout this panel
After age 40, assessing hormone levels, metabolism and cardiovascular health becomes more important. In this panel, a complete blood count and sedimentation rate, blood sugar and insulin, the cholesterol profile, liver, kidney and pancreatic function, electrolytes and homocysteine are tested together.
Estradiol, FSH, LH, prolactin, progesterone, DHEA-SO4 and morning cortisol show your hormone balance; thyroid hormones and antibodies show thyroid function. Iron stores, vitamins D and B12, folic acid, zinc and biotin, as well as ASO, CRP, rheumatoid factor, total IgE and a complete urinalysis, are also included in the panel. It is recommended that you review your results with your doctor.
