How It Works
From your request to our healthcare professional arriving at your door and your results being delivered, the process takes five steps.
-
01
Send your request
Fill in the online appointment form, message us on WhatsApp or call our 24/7 call center. Just tell us the service, your district and a time that suits you.
-
02
We'll call you
Our team calls you within 3 min on average, listens to your needs and confirms the necessary details (prescription, medical report, address).
-
03
Scope and fee made clear
The procedure, the supplies to be used and the fee are clearly shared before the process begins; there is no co-payment or extra fee. Your appointment is confirmed once you approve.
-
04
Our healthcare professional comes to you
Our nurse, doctor or physiotherapist comes to your home or workplace at the agreed time, with sterile, single-use supplies.
-
05
Results and follow-up
Test results are sent digitally; if needed, a physician's review and the next visit are scheduled.
No Co-Payment
At Curavita Evde Sağlık, we do not charge co-payments, additional fees or surprise costs. For procedures covered by your private health insurance, we obtain the pre-approval; for paid procedures not covered by insurance, we clearly share the fee before the process begins, and nothing is done without your approval. Our goal is to make home healthcare accessible, clear and reliable for patients and their families.
Don't wait in an emergency: In situations such as chest pain, shortness of breath, loss of consciousness or severe bleeding, call 112 immediately. Home healthcare services do not replace emergency medical services.
How should you prepare for the visit?
Preparation varies by service; when our team calls you, they will share a list tailored to you. In general, the following helps speed up the process:
Guide for patients and familiesPrescription and reports
A physician's prescription for procedures such as IV drips and injections, your discharge summary if you have one, and your latest test results.
ID details
The patient's ID details, needed for laboratory and registration procedures.
Fasting and medication routine
Some tests require fasting; always consult your doctor before stopping any regular medication.
A suitable space
A clean, well-lit room; for an IV drip, a place where the patient can lie down comfortably.
Pets
For hygiene and safety, we recommend keeping pets in another room during the procedure.
Companion
For elderly or dependent patients, having a family member at home during the procedure makes things easier.
