Quality and Patient Safety
In every service we provide at home, at the office or at the hotel, we protect your safety with practices that comply with health regulations and hygiene rules.
Your safety at the center of every procedure
Home healthcare is a healthcare service provided outside the hospital, so safety rules must be applied at least as rigorously as in a hospital. We follow the principles below at every visit.
Licensed and inspected provider
We provide our services with a certificate of conformity (Uygunluk Belgesi) from the Provincial Health Directorate; all procedures are carried out under the oversight of our responsible manager, in compliance with health regulations.
Sterile, single-use supplies
Syringes, needles, cannulas and IV sets are single-use; packs are opened in front of the patient before the procedure.
Infection control
Hand hygiene, gloves and the necessary protective equipment are used for every procedure; the treatment area and equipment are cleaned and disinfected.
Sample safety
Samples are labeled with the patient's identity and delivered to the laboratory in a temperature-controlled carrier bag, with the cold chain maintained.
Right patient, right procedure
Before the procedure, ID, prescription, medication, dose and expiration date are checked, and you are asked about any history of allergies.
Medical waste management
Sharps and medical waste are not left at your address; they are collected and taken away in line with regulations.
Steps we follow at every visit
-
01
Introduction and verification
Our healthcare professional introduces themselves; patient identity, prescription and report details are verified.
-
02
Initial assessment
Vital signs such as blood pressure and pulse are measured; you are asked about allergies, current medications and complaints.
-
03
Sterile procedure
The procedure is performed following hygiene rules, using single-use supplies.
-
04
Observation
The patient's condition is monitored during and after the procedure, and your questions are answered.
-
05
Records and information
The procedure is recorded; results and recommendations are shared with you, and follow-up is planned if needed.
Our team
- Our doctors, nurses and other healthcare staff work with work certificates issued by the Provincial Health Directorate.
- The healthcare professional who visits you will introduce themselves; feel free to ask to see their ID.
- Medications and IV drips are administered with a physician's prescription; no medical procedure is performed without one.
Privacy and data security
- Your health data is processed under KVKK solely for the purpose of your service.
- Test results are shared only with you or a person you authorize.
- Procedures are carried out in a suitable space, with care for your privacy.
