This Cookie Policy has been prepared by Curavita Evde Sağlık (Ges Global Sağlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi) to explain which cookies we use on our website, for what purposes, and how you can manage your cookie preferences.

The cookies on our site fall into four categories. All categories other than strictly necessary cookies are activated only when you give your permission.

- Session cookie (e.g., "laravel-session"): Recognizes your session for the duration of your visit and ensures that form submissions are processed correctly
- Security and form protection cookie ("XSRF-TOKEN"): Protects against cross-site request forgery by ensuring that forms can be submitted only through our site
- Preference cookie ("curavita_consent"): Stores your cookie preference so that you are not asked for it again on every visit
3.2. Functional Cookies
These cookies allow your phone number and district to be remembered in our forms and allow external content, such as Google Maps on our contact page, to be displayed.
- Phone number memory cookie ("curavita_tel"): When you submit a form on our site, this cookie stores your phone number in your browser and fills in the phone field in our other forms for you. It is not created unless you allow functional cookies; it is deleted when you withdraw your permission or submit a data deletion request through our site
- District memory cookie ("curavita_ilce"): Stores the district you selected in the service request form in your browser, so that this district is already selected the next time you open the form. It is not created unless you allow functional cookies; it is deleted when you withdraw your permission or submit a data deletion request through our site
- External content is loaded only if you give your permission; the map is not displayed unless you allow it
- When the map is loaded, Google may use its own cookies and similar technologies
- These cookies are controlled by Google, not by our site, and are subject to Google's own policies; for details, please see the Google Privacy Policy page
3.3. Analytics Cookies
These cookies are used to measure statistics such as the number of visitors and how the site is used. For this purpose, we use the Google Analytics 4 service provided by Google LLC. Analytics cookies are activated only if you explicitly allow the Analytics option in your cookie preferences; if you do not, Google Analytics is not loaded on our site at all.
- _ga: Used to distinguish visitors from one another; retention period: 2 years.
- _ga_[ID]: Used to store the session state; retention period: 2 years.
Google Analytics processes usage information, such as the pages visited, the length of the visit, the device and browser type and your approximate location, on Google's servers outside Türkiye. Advertising and personalization features are turned off. You can withdraw your permission at any time using the Manage cookie preferences button on this page; once your permission is withdrawn, measurement stops and these cookies are deleted.
3.4. Marketing Cookies
These cookies are used to show advertisements tailored to your interests and to measure advertising campaigns. We do not currently use any marketing cookies on our site. Should they be used in the future, these cookies will also be activated only with your explicit permission, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
4. Legal Basis
- Strictly necessary cookies: As they are necessary for the site to work and to keep it secure, they are used without your explicit consent being required, on the basis of the legal grounds provided for in the KVKK, namely the establishment or performance of a contract and legitimate interest
- Functional, analytics and marketing cookies: Used solely on the basis of your explicit consent; they are not activated unless you give your permission
5. Retention Periods
- Session cookie and security cookie: Stored for the duration of your session; they expire if you are inactive on the site for a certain period of time
- Preference cookie ("curavita_consent"): Stored for 6 months; when this period ends, you will be asked for your preference again
- Phone number memory cookie ("curavita_tel"): Stored for 90 days from your most recent form submission
- District memory cookie ("curavita_ilce"): Stored for 90 days from your most recent selection
- Google Maps cookies: Their retention periods are determined by Google
You can delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
6. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
- On our site: Using the "Manage cookie preferences" button at the top of this page, you can view and change your preferences and withdraw the permission you have given at any time
- In your browser settings: You can delete or block cookies through the settings menu of common browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge
Withdrawing your permission does not affect any processing carried out before the withdrawal. When you withdraw your permission for functional cookies, the phone number and district memory cookies are deleted and the map is no longer loaded; however, you may need to delete any cookies previously placed by Google separately in your browser settings.
If you block strictly necessary cookies in your browser, some parts of the site, forms in particular, may not work properly. Deleting your cookies also deletes your cookie preference, so you will need to set your preference again.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated if there are changes to the cookies we use or to the relevant legislation. Before we start using any new cookie that is not strictly necessary, this policy will be updated and your permission will be obtained separately. The current version is always published on our site.
